Simplified app mode for the person needing care
The loved one needing care can use the simplified mode of the app – the Family Bond Mode. It has a simple and clean design. Designed both for tablets and smartphones.
No information input or technical skills are required from the person receiving care. He/she can just join and view the information, photos and videos added for him/her.
Simplified app mode for the assistant
The assistant can also use the simplified mode of the app – the Assistant Mode. It has a simple and clean design. Designed both for tablets and smartphones.
No information input or technical skills are required from the assistant. He/she receives a code to join and sees the information added by the Family Admin.
Safe Circle containing a detailed care diary
The Family Admin creates a safe Circle around the one needing care. Only those invited to the Circle can view his/her information.
Circle4Care takes the role of a personalized care diary that the people in the Circle can view. Have an overview of the care provided for your loved one together with all his medical information (medicines, doctor appointments, GP contacts, chronic diseases, dietary requirements, and more).
Different access rights for the different participants
The Family Admin forms the Circle through the Web App, invites its participants, and assigns their roles/rights. The different roles are Family Admin, Family Member, Family Bond, and Assistant – Roles and Access Rights.
Following the registration in the Web App, the participants are prompted to download the app. They log in according to their role in the Circle, see the information added, and interact through the app.
Medicines list visible for everyone in the Circle
The Family Admin adds the list of medicines and the information regarding their intake for the Family Bond. The rest can see and utilize this information.
Great tool for avoiding mistakes and miscommunication about something as important as medicines intake. Details such as type, dose, time, and notes regarding the intake can be easily added.
Photo albums keep the life story of the one cared for
The Family Admin can add different photo albums and share them in the family Circle. The other participants have a folder that contains the photos they have added.
Great tool for keeping the family memories and entertaining the loved one receiving care. Especially helpful for people with memory loss (dementia, Alzheimer’s, etc.).
Photo stories help to keep in touch and socialize
The family members can add photos and descriptions about them. A great way to keep the one cared for entertained and not feeling isolated.
The family photos and stories are shared only with the Family Members so those memories are kept within the family. The Assistant can share photos but doesn’t have access to the family memories.
Safe information and contacts sharing
Information and contacts are shared only in the Circle. All the data is safely stored online.
Great tool for the carer to easily access the contacts of everyone in the Circle – both addresses and mobile/phone numbers. Thus eliminating the common practice of keeping important information on paper.
Video albums with preselected content
The Family Admin can organize YouTube videos according to the interests of the Family Bond. He/she needs to create and name albums and add appropriate videos to populate them.
The one cared for and the assistant need no technical skills and simply need to play the videos added.
